Seaplane Works
Seaplane works is a cool high street café based in Rochester High Street, Kent. The owners’ vision was to create a café/ restaurant with an enticing environment that was going to be welcoming and warm for customers.
The owners soon came to relise the complete refit and professional investment required in order for it to reach standards and serve forth coming customers well.
Our building works were fairly extensive and a value for money transformation:
- Major electrical & lighting installation
- Installation of a commercial and professional kitchen
- New flooring
- Stunning counter with marble top
- Wall partitions
- Fire doors
- Café shop front painted
For a fully functioning café the kitchen had to meet standards immediately we installed commercial kitchen appliances, new flooring had to be laid, we hand crafted a new counter, with stunning marble top fitting to spec. There were numerous plumbing alterations, water pump replacements along with new sanitary-ware. Once the inside was in shape, we completed the project and decorated the all-important café shop-front.
Four years later, today the café offers customers a relaxed, warm, cosy environment where they feel they can spend time with friends or alone. The café still looks great and all the works are standing strong in a busy and well-visited establishment. Our client continues to use Delta Build for general building maintenance services and other projects.
